If, after logging to the Super-G application and performing some function, it shows an “Ups error!” The device is not Available”, check if:

  • The SIM card in the device has mobile internet activated;
  • The watch-phone is on;
  • You have Internet access on your mobile phone from which you want to control Super-G;
  • SIM card is properly inserted in Super-G;
  • Try restarting the app and the watch-phone.
