If, after logging in to the Super-G application and performing some function, it shows an “Ups error!” Device is not Available”, check if:
- The SIM card in the watch-phone has mobile internet activated;
- The watch-phone is on;
- You have Internet access on your mobile phone from which you want to control Super-G;
- SIM card is properly inserted in Super-G;
- Try restarting your device and the app.
