If, after logging in to the Super-G application and performing some function, it shows an “Ups error!” Device is not Available”, check if:

  1. The SIM card in the watch-phone has mobile internet activated;
  2. The watch-phone is on;
  3. You have Internet access on your mobile phone from which you want to control Super-G;
  4. SIM card is properly inserted in Super-G;
  5. Try restarting your device and the app.
