Features

  • Works with Apple’s “Find My” app.

  • Compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac computers.

Power On/Off

  • Turning On: Press the button briefly – you’ll hear a sound indicating the device is on and ready to pair.

  • Turning Off: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds – the device will beep twice and turn off.


Charging the Finder Battery

  • When the battery is low, charge the device with any Qi-compatible wireless charger.

  • While charging, the LED indicator lights up red. When fully charged, the indicator turns green.

  • Wireless charger not included.


Pairing the Device with the “Find My” App

  1. Open the “Find My” app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac.

  2. Allow the app to send notifications.

  3. At the bottom, tap “Items”, then select “Add Other Item” or the “+” icon.

  4. Choose “Other Supported Items”.

  5. Turn on the tracker.

  6. Hold it close to your phone – you’ll see “Searching Items”.

  7. You will see “WiTag”, tap “Connect”.

  8. When prompted with “This Item Is Linked to Your Apple ID”, tap “Agree”.

  9. Finally, tap “Finish”.

  10. You can rename the tracker to something more convenient for you.


Unlinking the Tracker from the Find My App

  1. Turn off Lost Mode.

  2. Select “Remove Item” and tap “Remove” – the device will be unlinked.


Sharing the Tracker

  • Tap “Add Person”, select people to share with, tap “Share”, and wait for confirmation.

  • Other users will be able to see the tracker’s location on their Apple devices.

Compatible only with iOS 17 and later.

Factory Reset

  • Press the power button 4 times, then on the 5th press, hold it until you hear a sound.

Factory reset is required before transferring the device to another user.


Important Tips

  • First pairing may take time – be patient.

  • If you enable Lost Mode, do not remove the device from the app, otherwise, it will be locked and cannot be linked to another account.


Care and Warranty

  • Do not expose the device to moisture.

  • Clean gently – do not use aggressive chemicals or water.

  • Do not throw into fire; protect from mechanical damage – the device contains a battery.

  • Do not drop – internal components may be damaged.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble – this may damage the device.

  • If the device malfunctions, stop using it immediately and bring it to the service center:

  • Warranty is 24 months.

  • Warranty does not cover mechanical or water damage, or if the device is locked due to misuse.


Safety Instructions

  • Keep the device away from heat sources, direct sunlight, water, and other liquids.

  • The device contains a lithium-ion battery.

  • Do not use the device if it has been exposed to water or moisture.

  • Do not use if it has been dropped, emits a burning smell, or is smoking.

  • Disassembly or self-modification is strictly prohibited.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not leave in direct sunlight or overheat.

  • Only qualified specialists should perform electronic repairs.

  • Improper use of the device may pose serious safety risks.
